Project 222 (2nd year)

Security on Pervasive Device

"Security on Pervasive Devices" project is an Int'l project collaborated by X300/ICL/ITRI and UCB. The intentions of the project are A) to design security algorithms for pervasive devices and resource-limited devices B) to develop specific hardware platform (camera-mote) for wireless sensor networks. The collaboration includes the following areas:
1. Security for lightweight, low-power, embedded devices
2. Crypto algorithms, security protocols design
3. Hardware architectures, design
4. Security algorithms and protocols that are context-aware and portable across different platforms
5. Security management for large numbers of devices
6. Pervasive Data Security, and so on.
