SECUR: Secure Environment-aware Configurable Ubiquitous oveRlay
| In this project our research focuses on the security problems incurred in the overlay wireless networks. We study the issues of authentication, privacy, data access, security protection, etc. The main goals of this project are to cooperate with the co-PI's at UCB on the problems, to transfer the most advanced technology to help Taiwan network infrastructure. We develop a wireless overlay network testbed. It contains two main parts - SuperTed and SWOON, which are a wireless sensor network testbed and a secure wireless overlay observation network testbed, respectively. As for the research part, we also have great results on identification over wireless sensor network, data aggregation over wireless sensor network, fairness measurement in overlay mesh network, wireless network forensic, fast authentication mechanism for WiFi network, secure overlay network storage, software obfuscation, etc. We will keep maintaining and developing the testbed in the next year. Research results also bring new ideas for future work. In this project, we have the related technology and establish the research capability on the fields in our academics and industry. |
